Week 5, Day 2. A little sunshine in your life!

Woke up at 6am, as per, to find the sun shining. Big shock! Got out there straight away to complete Wk5 D2 and it went really well.

My pace was a little slower than past runs (which makes sense), so I am now curious to find out how far I can cover on Fridays Wk5 D3 bohemouth!!

Let's just hope I can follow the legions of others who get over this weeks mental challenge and finally become a 'runner'!
