ankle! Not bad enough to make me stop but enough to make me worry about my achilles tendon. It felt like a pulling on the inside rear of my ankle. I did an extra rep of 90 seconds run/walk and 3 mins run/walk but took it easy. My 11 year old daughter came with me for the 1st time since W1R1 and was impressed by my vast improvement. My 19 year old daughter said my legs looked slimmer and my butt looked "lifted". Very happy to hear thier opinions. Hoping to book a cruise in the next few days so will be doing weeks 6 and 7 somewhere on the ocean between Iceland, the Faroe islands and Norway. Nothing like mixing up your route to keep motivated.

You may want to look into getting shoe inserts. I bought some online, they are the Spenco for Her Q Factor cushions, and make a world of difference in how my ankles and heels feel after walking/running. I live in the U.S. so I am not sure if this same brand is available, but I do suggest you look at getting some additional support in your shoes.
