Just completed the first weeks three runs. Feeling a little stiff but pleased I managed. Back to work after half term next week and worried about fitting it in, hope I can keep going.

Well done. For me, week 2 felt more manageable than week 1. I don't know if it was because my fitness had improved or whether self belief had kicked in. Just started W3 so not that far in front of you .
