Week 8 Run 1

The end might just be in sight. Still fretting about my distance though - 3.8km in 28 mins. It was a bit tough and ploddy and when Laura said, after 20 mins "You might be feeling tired now" I am sure I got a few funny looks from passers by as I panted my agreement. Still, it's progress and I am loving that achy feeling when I've been out.

Yes, it's great when it's done. I find the first 10 minutes hard going then I get into the swing and feel much better and I agree the feeling after is good.

I feel exactly the same! It takes the first 10 minutes or so to get into a stride and I feel amazing afterwards. I have to be careful in public because I quite often swear at Laura!

I have got week 8run1 tomorrow and it is great to feel that the program is almost done. 8 weeks ago I struggled to run for 1 minute!

Me too Rachie - it is almost like it's not me running it!!! Can't believe I can do it. Well done and good luck for week 8.
