I've had a bad couple of weeks and failed miserably on the motivation front. Thanks for all your replies to my last blog it was the insperation I needed.
I rested, I walked and then today I ran. Well to be honest I'ts still more of a bouncy walk but I did it. 35 mins, covered about 4k. In the rain too and it fealt great!
12 days to race for life...bring it on!
