Week 5 ....dreading Run 3

Have made it to week 5 - run 2 done last night which I found very hard!!! On Monday I'm upto Run 3 which is running continuously for 20 mins!!!!! Seems like a hell of a leap from 2x 8 min runs with walking inbetween. Dreading it & already feel that I'm just not going to be able to do it!!!! How did you manage????

As the old saying goes, 'don't knock it until you try it'. I wouldn't mind betting that this tread will be replaced by a little victory celebration when you do it!

You've come so far already and have nothing to lose, so, just get out there and give it your best. We're all behind you!

you will be fine,i did it and was on a high for ages , i struggled with week one and now on week 7,so if i can do it anyone can x

You will do it I did and I couldnt run 20 seconds in January.

Please look back at my message from yesterday just after I had completed it.

Just trust Laura she will help you through.

Thanks for the support guys....I do run with 2 friends who are great motivators!!! I'll try & report back after Monday!!!!
