Completed the last run of week 1, and it was definitely easier than the second run! I think my "harder" version of 10 reps (60s running, 60s walking) worked well, and will hopefully prepare me better for the later weeks in the program.
Next step: week 2! (going to make it 8 reps of 90s running, 60s walking, so we'll see how that goes!)
