I usually need at least one nose- blow on a run, so tissues in pocket are a must!

Just back from my run and was thinking the same thing! Mine seems to run more now in summer than when I started in the winter- no logic

Mine always does on my Saturday run - different route to usual. I assume it's hayfever triggered by a particular pollen(s). I keep forgetting to take a tablet beforehand to check the theory. You can get hayfever tablets for about 64p in Asda so it might be worth a try ?

Mine does - it's called exercise induced rhinitis or something like that...for me it's worse in cold weather and even worse when cycling
