I am due to do this run tomorrow but already have 3 things on tomorrow. Shall i try it today .? I did W7R1 early yesterday . I have had a day off between all other runs !

I can’t see any harm as a one off, you clearly understand the importance of rest days but life isn’t always as straight forward as saying “I’ll go running everyone other day without fail!”
During my couch to 5K programme I did consecutive days on two occasions. On many more occasions I had 2 or 3 rest days between runs, so another option to you is to wait until the day after tomorrow!

Lots of people started taking extra rest days at this stage! Lower risk and it might even help your running - your newly building running legs appreciate it!
