I can graduate tonight!!!!

Graduation day today - How far I have come in just nine weeks - couldn't even run a minute at the start and now running for 40 mins plus!!!

Testament to this programme and yes it does work!!'

Yes, just graduated 2 hours ago! Found week 9 hard mentally. Not sure I like continuous running. Don't feel I need the interim breaks physically as my legs/breathing are OK, just find it tedious. Now planning to do interval running re-using the podcasts to try to build up speed/stamina. Will slow run through the walking bits and fast(er) run the running bits.
