Do I have to join something else to Graduate?

I didnt join until recently but have followed the C25K each week and just about to start W4 tomorrow. Will be gutted if that means I wont officially graduate if I didnt join at the start!

Good question - I joined in W3 I think, so will be keeping an eye out for your replies, so I know too. :)

No need to join anything, just keep posting your experiences so that you get motivational help from everyone also any advice if needed. Then once you have completed week 9 run 3 send an email to jr21 in admin and hey presto you get your graduation badge.

Thanks. I spend a lot of time at the moment looking up info about it all. Shoes,bottles,mapmyrun etc! There is a park run near me which sounds good too! Just need to work out where to put things on this site-bit of of blog idiot!
