Do I have to join something else to Graduate?

I didnt join until recently but have followed the C25K each week and just about to start W4 tomorrow. Will be gutted if that means I wont officially graduate if I didnt join at the start!

Good question - I joined in W3 I think, so will be keeping an eye out for your replies, so I know too.

No need to join anything, just keep posting your experiences so that you get motivational help from everyone also any advice if needed. Then once you have completed week 9 run 3 send an email to jr21 in admin and hey presto you get your graduation badge.

Thanks. I spend a lot of time at the moment looking up info about it all. Shoes,bottles,mapmyrun etc! There is a park run near me which sounds good too! Just need to work out where to put things on this site-bit of of blog idiot!

Many of us stalked the forum for a while before we joined. I think I was in my last week of the programme when I joined.
