Running With Chrissie - AudioFuel Fast Running MP3

After trying to run faster by myself and running out of steam I have decided to give the audiofuel MP3- Run Faster 1 a try. Cost £4.99 as a download. Will give it a first try next week.

Has been a funny week. On Sunday I went mad. Went out for a 5k run and couldn't stop. Ended doing 8K. Today went out to do a fast run and packed in after about 15mins. Hope Im OK for Saturday.
