...but had to really force myself to keep going. Thank God for Laura!

The route I do is a lap round next to a river, over a bridge and then the other side of river. Really pretty etc etc and on google earth we mapped it out at being approx 1.2 km. The first 8 minute run I was about 200metres off the full distance but the second 8 minutes I managed a whole lap. Woop woop.

Not sure about Run 3 this week. My legs were jelly after this one.

But. Reading all the posts here it seems that it's def doable so will start early before the sun comes up and keep the devil on my shoulder gagged.
