New community for mums and mums-to-be

Hi runners,

This is a bit of a shameless plug, but if any of you are doing Couch to 5k to get yourself back in shape after recently having a baby then HealthUnlocked has launched another community today where you can meet other new and expectant mums. The community is at www://nct.healthunlocked.com and is conjunction with the National Childbirth Trust charity.

It's just started so is quite bare at the moment - just as Couch to 5k was all those weeks ago (and just look at it now!). So I'd be really grateful if you popped over there, introduced yourself and posted something. You could even tell people how great Couch to 5k is
