how much motivating does Laura give you after week 5?

I love running to music and I love the podcasts - however I don't really like the choice of music on them and for me its not really upbeat enough. Just wondered if anyone else felt the same as I'm considering still following the program but using my own music and a timer instead, but worried that it will be hard without Laura egging me on - so wondered just how much help and advice and egging on she does when you go up to longer runs?

Once I got to the running for 25 minutes podcast I just listened to my own music and timed myself. I did miss Laura though. But needed to listen to something a bit more exciting!
