That is great! The other day I was thinking to myself what a great rhythm I was in and feeling great , I was now a proper runner and no longer so self conscious as I ran round the Swansea SA1 development (all swish flats and eateries) and then I made the mistake of glancing at my reflection in a large plate glass window and saw what looked like a weeble! (not sure if they still manufacture these so you might have to google if you are a youngster!)

Oh this is so true haha! When I did my 5k race they had professional photographers all round the course snapping you at various points (WHY?) They upload them onto the race website and you can buy copies. Well I have never seen less flattering photos of myself ever!
