Just done W6R1 and by golly was it hard - Don't know of the 20 min run took it out of me but it was hard - anyone else find this??

Never sure which is worse W6 or W1. W6 is weird, the longer the run the easier it feels, strange but true.
I found W6R2 very hard! But you've just got to remeber "I ran twenty mintes! Anythings possible." Take it sloooow. Maybe doing twenty minutes make you think 8 mins would be easy? Just make sure you keep a steady pace and breathing and I wish you luck for run 3
Yup, it was a nightmare. Pretty much everyone seems to find the same problem. Just push through runs 1 and 2 and look forward to getting back to long runs at the end of the week.
Your doing great keep at it and before you know it you will be running 25 mins.
Found week 6 run 1 the hardest of all, couldn't beleive that after running for 20 mins at the end of week 5 I struggled immensely with the first run of week 6, but it did get better though. Good luck for the next one!
I have tonight covered W6, run 1. Yesterday I posted a question that after running 20 minutes I felt a fraud in taking breaks again to walk. I had several comments to follow the program and that it would not prove easy, even with breaks... How right... I have done. It, but was very hard... Glad I followed thrips .... Keep on running all!
