Had a nice rest day and now my mum and I are waiting in anticipation for W6R3! 25minutes running- wish us luck :D

We made it!! 25mins, what a great feeling, we keep going around telling everyone that we are runners now. The idea of running 5k now seems like a reality. Wouldn't have believed that a few weeks ago. Hope it went well for you as well, Sinbad :-)
