I’m thinking about how I’m going to do the 25mins tomorrow!! I feel I’m still too slow but have been comfortable with all the runs so far... Any advice from y’all? 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️

Hi Daroo,

Keep it slow and steady and you’ll be fine.

What you have achieved so far means your body is ready.

Good that you feel comfortable so far.

Well done and keep doing 👍🏃‍♂️💪

You can do 25 minutes break down that into 5x 5mins let each one pass by get to 15 and you're home and dry don't be looking at it as one long run..... It's 5 teeny weeny runs and you yes you can smash it 👍👍

Your teeny weeny mini run idea kept me going this afternoon! I just thought ok, I’ve done one wee 5mins, now another and before I knew it I had run the 25mins!!! Thanks for that tip👍🏻⭐️

Yes, like the others said, don't worry about the speed, just take it slow and steady - you'll be fine ☺ 🏃

Too slow for WHAT?

You can oh so easily be too fast, therefore not having enough energy to complete the duration, but there is no too slow...........unless you are aiming for the next Olympic squad.

Hi Daroo don’t worry about how slow you run slow down again if need be and you will be fine trust the plan just make sure drink plenty of water before your run day and enjoy I am sure you will smash it
