You can do 25 minutes break down that into 5x 5mins let each one pass by get to 15 and you're home and dry don't be looking at it as one long run..... It's 5 teeny weeny runs and you yes you can smash it 👍👍
Tip.. Run just as you have been...slow...relaxed and enjoying it. Simply perfect!

Too slow for WHAT?
You can oh so easily be too fast, therefore not having enough energy to complete the duration, but there is no too slow...........unless you are aiming for the next Olympic squad.
