well, yesterday I started week 9.
It was tough going as I'm currently full of cold, but saying that I ran round the lake again, this time the other way round, which I think is harder - didn't realise how many inclines there were this way round (barely visible one, which you can definitely feel)!
Bit disappointed that I only did 1.9miles, where as on Sunday on the trail at home I had done 2miles, but like Daz (OH) pointed out, I'm no not well, and I beat my lap time and ran further round the lake than I've done before!
So I'm taking that with me. I'm still running with my own music, sorry Laura, but I find it harder with your terrible music choice, but I do miss your words of encouragement!
Looking forward to run 2 and especially run 3 which will hopefully be completed on a beach -tough run for my last run of this program.
I'm still shocked that I'm actually running now and running 2miles in 30mins at that! Not quite 5km, but still a massive achievement for myself! Think I may even design myself a certificate for completion!!
