Well I'm still on track and did the first run of week 2 this morning. I definitely felt that this was getting harder and was glad when I could walk! I'm hoping now I've done the first run I might feel better when I tackle the others this week but whatever happens I'm determined to stay on the programme even if it means repeating days till I get there.

Being on track is just fine, don't worry some will seem harder than others and often for no good reason what so ever.
I think our collective experience is that however sinister it sounds "the programme will look after you"!
Should you need it there is no shame in taking more than 9 weeks or not getting to 5k in the time there are few of us who did but somehow we are all still here. Keep on truckin' and sure as eggs is eggs you'll get there.
Not what you're looking for?
