W1 R3

OK did my first run outside on this W1 R3 but couldnt do run 6. Way too out of breath.

It was definatly tougher outside than on the treadmill so going to keep doin that from now on.

Happy I was outside though, really helped me get past that self concious barrier about running (well fast walk, slow jog heh) outside where people can see me.

Also gave me an idea about how much time i need in the morning before work to get the run and shower done.

So all positive and continuing on, even if I didnt finish.

i found the last 3 runs on week one to be a pain but just slow ur pace down and you can do it that is all i did
