Has anyone done the C25K on a manual treadmill?

I don't have any experience of any manual tradmill personally, but I have a friend who uses one for walking and keeps telling me I should get on for rainy days!

Were you thinking of investing in one or just concerned as to whether or not they would be up to the task?

I am thinking of buying one but some people have advised me they are not really as good or sturdy as a powered one. However, they are much cheaper!!!

I've just completed wk1 of c25k outdoors so really thinking about it for when its raining as I got drenched last week.

I use a powered one - I've only been on a manual one a few times and found it very hard - for many of them the actual running bed is very small which is tricky. I got my powered one second had for under £100 and its been brilliant. It may be worth looking on ebay/preloved/gumtree or the like to see if anyone is selling one cheap.
