Couch to 5K

Still on track

This morning I did W1 R2 - really didn't feel like getting up to do it but thought about how good I would feel after. Once I actually got going the time seemed to fly and I didn't struggle. I'm pleased with myself as I knew today would be a tough day at work and in the past this would have been a good excuse to give running today a miss. Just one more run and week 1 is finished.

Your doing great, keep up the good work and it will all come together. Its amazing what you can achieve.

Well done Karleen. You'll be amazed how fast you progress and improve. I am on week 3 and can run for 3 minutes, on week 1 I couldn't even run for 60 seconds. Keep up the good work.

Thank you for all of the encouragement - it really helped me when I didn't feel like getting up thinking about how good I would feel when I'd done the run.
