can't believe i have done this today so happy thought i wouldn't feel like it today after my 14 and half hour shift at work yesterday but pushed myse;f to go out this morning because i knew i wouldn't do it tommorrow. I'm happy i did it and always feel great after my stretches. I'm still surprised i can manage running for 90 minutes at a time. I am feeling quite good and today i saw other joggers in the park and am hoping i can be like them in the future.
