After putting off today's run, I've just got back. Very red and warm but feeling great. This was Week 8 run 3, so I should have run for 28 mins. When Laura said there was only 5 mins to go I had run further than I had on the previous two runs and was just coming up to "cardiac hill" so I proceeded to run up this. When the 28 mins were up, I was about two mins away from my home and it had just started to rain so I thought I'd just continued to my front door. Really pleased with myself after really feeling like I didn't want to go - and very nearly didn't. Reckon I ran for about 30 mins and at a reasonable pace (for me, anyway) too. Hope everyone else has had good runs this weekend Graduation week next week !
