Week 4 needs a much longer route than previous weeks!

I'm lucky enough to be able to run cross country rather than on the streets but I've come unstuck on week 4 - my route isn't long enough. I've done two runs from this week and both times I ended up virtually back home just as the last period of running ended, leaving me having to find a loop around the block to do the cool down. I'm going to have to think up another circuit for week five :-)

Incidentally, I'm already covering 5k in the duration of the podcast - which is about 35 minutes including the warm up and cool down. Really want to prove to myself that I can get to 5k just in the running section by week 9.

I'm really motivated by all the posts from people ahead of me on the scheme - it's fantastic that people contribute and prove it can be done. So thanks.
