I'm lucky enough to be able to run cross country rather than on the streets but I've come unstuck on week 4 - my route isn't long enough. I've done two runs from this week and both times I ended up virtually back home just as the last period of running ended, leaving me having to find a loop around the block to do the cool down. I'm going to have to think up another circuit for week five
Incidentally, I'm already covering 5k in the duration of the podcast - which is about 35 minutes including the warm up and cool down. Really want to prove to myself that I can get to 5k just in the running section by week 9.
I'm really motivated by all the posts from people ahead of me on the scheme - it's fantastic that people contribute and prove it can be done. So thanks.
