had 2 days rest to do this 1 and must say it was worth the 2 days rest had a great run was rardly out of breath at all legs were not tired this time, think i will continue with the 2 days rest in between as this seems to have been the trick this time

Every brit deserves the chance to become a happy brit. we are on our way and c25k is one of the stepping stones on the way there!!!
Sounds like a good idea. I try to stick with 1 day rests to keep up the momentum but do appreciate the 2 day breaks too, maybe more so as I get into the longer runs.
