I did it! I've graduated!

So pleased and proud of myself, I graduated from C25k on Friday with a 4.5km distance. Now intending to keep going on week 9 until I reach 5km, and will then start thinking about where to go next.

Really never thought I'd be able to do this, I have never been a runner and was always right at the back at school (which was a few years ago!!) So excited to have done this.

I was a bit gutted I didn't make it to 5k before graduating, but then I remind myself how far I've come and realise it's just the new challenge. 😊😊

Absolutely and now you have that new challenge- bit of a let down if you just stopped after all that hard work, always great to have something else to work towards and a great community cheering you on

Well done you! I have one more run to do until I graduate, can hardly believe it! Roll on Tuesday! I haven’t measured the distance of the route I do yet so hopefully get that this week too and start planning more from there. Congratulations again, well done

Congratulations!! You must be so proud :-) yep keep running week 9 a few weeks and then you can increase the time you run for by max 10% and you’ll keep building on your strength. There is a bridge to 10k forum if you’d like to join it. Again massive congratulations!
