So I swithered with myself as to repeat wk3 one last time or be brave and try wk4. I tried wk4 managed 14 out of the 16 mins which I'm quite proud of and I know that runs 2&3 will be easier (I hope).
I think its a psychological thing last wk I could gauge 3 mins and which marker on my run it would end so faced with 5 mins it's getting used to the distance I'll cover in that time. Once I know roughly what it is runs 2&3 seem easier. Does anyone find this I wonder?
Breathing is getting easier not sure about the relaxing your stomach technique....

As the distances get longer it's all about not focusing on time but just running, concentrate on keeping your breathing steady and getting over littlr hills and stuff and the time starts to slip away.
I felt the same yesterday when I did run 1 of week 4. I decided to try it anyway and glad I did. I managed to finish it but feel very achy today! Well done on your run today! We can do this
