Week 2 Run 3,thighs feel like they are on fire! Climbing up and down the stairs proving a challenge after run! Warn up and Down - assume this will pass?!

my daughter had this at about week 3 & she had a gait/running analysis & needs support trainers. this has now solved her ache-ing legs.

I get this. After your runs, stretch your quadriceps for at least a minute each. It definitely eases it!
