my daughter had this at about week 3 & she had a gait/running analysis & needs support trainers. this has now solved her ache-ing legs.
Many Thanks Shelly - will keep an eye on it, and, assess if it persists - it`s a whole new world!!
I get this. After your runs, stretch your quadriceps for at least a minute each. It definitely eases it!
