I am so pleased with myself on completing this. I spent yesterday evening telling myself I could do it. Bit chilly when started first 5 mins run easy slight downhill then level then slight uphill. I kept going, it was slow but I DID NOT WALK at all. Such a sense of achievement. Roll on week 6. From now on is is slight increases, 8 mins to 20 felt such a bit jump it is a mind game. Ted Lasso BELIEVE.

Congratulations to you oldperson47 on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, I am so happy to know that you did not stop to walk, it certainly is an achievement to run non stop for 20 minutes, not too long now until you graduate ✔️✔️🏃🏾

Believe indeed and we do in you . Week 6 can be tricky but you’ve got this far and it’s all peachy! The great thing about W6 is it feels as though you’re moving into more of an endurance mindset. And the resetting of the times in your head is such a useful skill to have in your future runs. Critical fit graduation which is just around the corner. Blooming well done
