Graduated again 😃

Started c25k yet again in November and completed my last run of week 9 today. I took it slowly and often repeated runs as I wanted to avoid injuries. Apparently I’ve run for 45 times and run 740 minutes which sounds pretty impressive! The stats are a new feature since my last graduation and I’m liking them. It was a gorgeous day to run and I can’t wait to get going on the Beyond c25k runs…, and let’s be honest, if I can do it everyone can 😊

Tried to send a photo of the lovely track I run on but it says it’s too big and I don’t know how to send it as a smaller file

Well done R561 good stats showing great commitment.

Consolidation runs are better than consolation runs - you did such a great job getting here

Congratulations runner! Those are some lovely stats, and the only ones I ever really took much notice of… some of those other ones just steal my joy 😂.

Celebrate well and enjoy your future running adventures after a little consolidation and reflection.

Congratulations on graduating again, it shows you have the mental strength to come back again and not settle for a sedimentary life. Consolidation and continue to improve and beyond c25k will keep you out of trouble for a while yet.

Well done, I have taken about the same length of time to complete my C25K - though I am going to repeat this final week as its taken me three weeks to do it this time. 👍

Repeating weeks has really helped me feel more confident and made the runs a bit easier. Well done to you too and keep going!
