Final run of week 4 proved to be the hardest of the week. HR was lower then run 2, which I found to be the easiest of the week. Maybe I'm tired after last night's Zwift racing or today's roofing work. Two days off now until I start week 5 and its set of three unique runs. So far so good. All being well I'll catch up with my previous attempt at C25K week 6 run 2. Fingers crossed.

Good to see that you are making progress. As someone in the same age group, I am now realising that while my mind is willing, my body takes a while to catch up. Good luck with the Week 5 runs.
