Wednesday night I completed my journey for the second time in 5 years, funnily it was my worst run, aches and pains coming and going. Ran again yesterday as a consolidation run, increased speed slightly and ran 35 minutes covering 3.3 miles, I was gobsmacked, had more to give but not going to be stupid about it. Now looking forward to Beyond C25k and the improvements that will bring.I will give a write up on my journey with my observation later, so proud of myself, looking forward to a park run now, but not just yet.

If you are on your journey and reading this, please don't give up, the feeling of completing this is well worth the weeks of ploughing through C25k, it is not easy, but that's the point, from couch potato to a fitter healthier runner in such a relatively short time is a miracle that we all are experiencing, don't worry how long it takes as every session even if you don't make it to the end will improve you.

Keep it going, there is a pot of gold at the end of your rainbow!
