W4… levelling up south to north!

From Olympic to Industrial Park, started my W4 runs through one kind before finishing in another type up north! Would have been easy to bin off the week as I was travelling but I thought no… pack the trainers and JFDI, so I did!

W4 proved tough going given my cardiovascular health so have been contemplating all day whether to repeat W4 again next week. Felt I was on the absolute edge of my limits despite adhering to all the usual advice… realised coming back to this after 4 years is telling. Anyhow something for me to ponder next few days…

Right, to my weekly landmark challenge, (picture on the left) of this beautiful causeway; in the Olympic Park, what is it called? A little clue, it’s on the Eastbank and is where you will find the ‘Arts’… answers on a postcard please! 😉

Not familiar with those events. It’s known as Sadler’s Wells East surrounded by the Arts and related venues. sadlerswells.com/your-visit...
