Still cold, even down here on the westerly coast and a sharp east wind to increase the homeward challenge but I did it and it feels really good. It was bright on land but murkyout at sea so negative ship sightings today.

The sun is out, it's a new day.

Don't laugh but that song is my funeral song - I'll leave instructions! I wasn't listening to it on the run but it came into my head as I arrived home. And that is as good a way to end a run that i can think of.
