Hi, I've just joined this community. I think it will be nice to share my ups and downs. I've just completed my 3rd day in couch to 5k. I'm very proud of myself. It's a big achievement for me.

Welcome to the forum and C25K Runningbird1, I hope you enjoy your running, remember to take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or weeks, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, onwards and upwards to week 2, if you wish, report your progress on this forum, we are all here to help., good luck πŸƒβœ…
