Welcome to the forum and C25K Runningbird1, I hope you enjoy your running, remember to take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or weeks, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, onwards and upwards to week 2, if you wish, report your progress on this forum, we are all here to help., good luck πβ
