Well after struggling with wk8r1 and getting a new treadmill, overindulgence and going on holiday tomorrow I've went back to wk3 as I'm planning on running outside . It's true you are what you eat 🙄and I feel awful but I won't give up.

Great approach - lower your goals and expectations, smash them and then carry on with even more strength and enthusiasm than before 😁(If we are what we eat I'm too much curry and chocolate 😂)
