W7r2 Fun

Just completed W7r2. That was my third consecutive outdoor run. Before that I was a treddie. It’s now plain to see that to achieve my goals it has to be outside running that takes priority. It’s not only benefitting my body it’s also strengthening my mind. Alas! As I look out of my kitchen window. It’s starting to snow. 🏃‍♂️ 👍

This plan is great for our mental and our physical well being... and the two are interchangeable... we run we feel good... we feel good, so we run!

Let it snow... plenty of indoor exercise to be done, to keep that body ready for action ! Well done you!
