Hi, I'm really pleased to have completed week5 run 3. I graduated once before about 5 years ago but didnt keep it up, I think I was trying to run too fast and didn't enjoy it. This time I've been inspired by the Japanese slow running video (much more my style I feel 😂) and I'm looking forward to each session. Some great tips and ideas on the site to stay motivated and inspired (already sneaking a peek at Bridge to 10k 😜).

Now that you've realised the fundamental truth that speed isn't everything you're absolutely set to run as far as you want (I was going to say raring to go, but that would have been confusing 😂)
That trip to the Bridge is nearer than you think!

Hello!
Good to see you here again! Yes, I am still here ! I am still advocating slow and steady too, and you are enjoying that way of running!
Very well done to you!
Hi. I’m sneaking that too but don’t want to get too carried away. I’m going to do some park runs first and take it from there. First one is on the radar. Christmas Day morning. 🏃 🎅
