Week Four, Run One

Today felt pretty good.

Ran for (a total of) 16 minutes and Jo Whiley reminded me I'm now running more than I'm walking.

And five minute runs - it still amazes me how far we progress in only four weeks on this program !!

It always takes a huge mental effort for me to put my trainers on and get out the door, but afterwards I'm always so pleased I did it.

To all my fellow C25K'ers on Week Four - we've got this !! Have a great weekend

Well done mummybowles on running run 1 of week 4, that's the 5 minutes run, glad you enjoyed it, we all like to know about your progress here on this forum, keep reporting on every run, remember that you can repeat any runs or weeks, no running on consecutive days, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 4✅🏃
