week 2 again!

I happily completed week 2 but had to be off grid & didn’t get to do week 3 so I am going to repeat week 2 to get me back in the swing of things- I am thinking that it won’t hurt & will maintain my state of calm which I think I will struggle with doing after a week of no proper exercise & going intbweek 3 😉

Wish me luck for tomorrow x
