Finally graduated from C25K

My story is a long one but I will try to make it short and not boring.

I stated my couch to 5k journey on 2nd September 2023.

The approaching cold winter affected the journey. I became unwell after week 6 and took some time off.

I got back to the journey early in the year but it did not last long. I repeated week 6 and could not continue beyond week 8.

I finally picked myself up in early September 2024 and somehow I considered repeating week 8 before continuing the journey.

I had the courage to continue week 9 without repeating week 8. So, I went for the first & second runs of week 9 on 7th & 8th September respectively.

The final run was on Wednesday, 11th September 2024.

I’m now officially a RUNNER 😎
