Well this is my second time graduating. I last completed the course 2 years ago, then life got in the way. Determined to keep going this time. Still finding 30 mins tough and only covering 3.3km so more to do. Think I’ll keep repeating week 9, with Jo W to keep me company for a while. I love reading everyone’s helpful messages, positive and encouraging 😘

30 minute runs will feel easier with a little bit more practice. Speed and distance can wait, just enjoy getting out there and bask in your success.
❤️👏🎶 It’s always a great feeling of accomplishment no matter how many times we do it. When yo feel ready many of us use the free Nike Run Club App where you can choose guided runs by distance or time. I personally have learned so much from some of these. Do look at them and see what you think? Meantime go and celebrate!! Xx

Maybe try and forget that 5K number, for now... relax, shake some runs up.... shorter, middle distance and some 30 minute ones. Also, some lovely, longer relaxed and slow, see where you get to runs.... they are the ones that help our speed... ( really)!
