Did my wk 7run3 on Friday all good and on target looking forward to wk8 Volunteered at local Parkrun today I love Parkrun no pressure so far ran on 222 occasions volunteered 63 .
Couch to5k has been fantastic in my rehab Can highly recommend it to any new runners or anyone returning to running
