Hello... good to see you... but not sure whether this forum is for you.. you may be wanting to move on with your running,,?

This forum is the Nine Week C25K programme..the folk here are all moving towards that following the plan.

Couch to 5K is a running plan for absolute beginners or, folks returning to running after a tike out or after injury or illness,

The plan involves 3 runs a week, with a day of rest in between, and a different schedule for each of the 9 weeks.

NHS Couch to 5K will help you gradually work up towards running 5km or for 30 minutes continuously, in just 9 weeks,, or however long it takes you,

Since you are running 5K already, maybe take a look across at the Bridge to 10K, which is a forum where folk already running for 30 minutes or 5K, move their running forward.

Thank you fo popping in though and we hope to see you across on Bridge:)

Good Morning

I’m interested to know more -do you run shorter runs in between, do other workouts or just do fortnightly parkruns/other.

Have you always done this sort of running or are you relatively new to it? How did you get into the fortnightly pattern?

Should you wish to elaborate further, I look forward to learning more.

Best wishes and happy running to you.

I've suggested that CHOCOTASTIC040508 takes a look at Bridge to10K... running 5K already seems a great starting point:)
