Intervals with granddaughter 😘😘

I got a text last night from my daughter asking if my granddaughter could go with me for my Sunday morning run. I hadn’t the heart to say no. So just back from a Week 2 run and now to get ready for the Pickleball Festival which starts at 11am for 4 hours. And of course it’s probably going to be the hottest day of the year and I’m going to be inside ☹️🤣☹️🤣☹️

It was a lovely little run/walk. She’s only 6 but wants to run with me. So as I’m not running far at the moment it’s good fun. Intervals are great for her. Happy running everyone
