music while you run

hello all - new to this app and I know this must have been asked before….. I really miss not listening to music whilst I walk/run. Is there any way I can include music to play between the motivational comments from the speaker/coach? At the moment I’m using Steve Cram!

🍏Hi Julia if you download your album or playlist or podcast onto your phone and start it first then push start on your C25K app you can have both.. the music recedes when Steve talks & the music comes back when he’s quiet! You can use Spotify as suggested by RunforMum Hope this helps!

I just use my playlist alongside. I made a list that suits me and my pace (took a while) and I now know that when Axl starts screeching Rocket Queen I’m nearly home

Yes you can play your music whilst having the app running.

Spotify for me. (I'm always learning songs). Start Spotify the C25k. (W8 R2 on a return from the Couch).

Instructor (Laura for me) wil interupt the music whn neccessary.

I have a pair of Bone conducting headphones, but I've only used them for swinmming, so far.

I use either Spotify or BBC Sounds. I have been listening to Harry Judd's Marathon Mix all week on BBC Sounds - after 3 runs there's still 10 minutes left!! Yes, start your music first and then the app and all should be good.
