Any other second time rounders?

I’m loving repeating many of the runs to get me back into running with the lighter evenings! I completed the programme in 2019 and it was the turning point for my fitness for which I’m so grateful! Turned more to spinning and body pump in that time so hadn’t done much running. I’m four runs in and managed to do the dreaded W5R3 - so chuffed as I didn’t manage more than 3 minutes running at a time my first run back.
